Choosing a battery for the Honda Integra
The Integra has been on sale since 1989 and is a current model. Cars of this age carry a lot of electronics, and most need a maintenance-free flooded battery matched to the factory specification.
Coupés often sit for days between drives, and that is when a battery quietly discharges. If yours is a weekend car, ask us about a maintenance charger when we fit the new battery.
What a Honda needs from its battery
Most Hondas take JIS flooded batteries, usually NS40 or NS60 on the City, Jazz and Civic and 55D23L on the Accord, CR-V and Pilot. Models with idle stop generally need an EFB. The label confirms the size.
Many older Hondas lock the radio after the battery is disconnected and ask for an anti-theft code, so have it ready. Newer ones have a battery sensor on the negative terminal that should not be bypassed with accessory wiring.
Send a photo of the label on your current battery, or the registration card, and we will confirm the exact specification before the technician leaves.

Honda Integra battery questions
What battery does the Honda Integra use?
For the Integra we normally fit a maintenance-free flooded battery. Capacity and size vary with engine and year, so we check the label on the old battery or the VIN before bringing the replacement.
How long does a Integra battery last in the UAE?
In UAE heat a car battery typically lasts two to three years. Covered parking and a longer drive each week help it reach the upper end of that range.
Can you replace my Integra battery in a basement car park?
Yes. Our service vehicles fit standard basement height limits. Share the level and bay number and let security know a technician is coming.
Does the Integra need the battery registered after replacement?
This model does not normally need battery registration. The technician carries a diagnostic tool and checks for stored battery faults either way.
Battery trouble right now?
Send your location and car model. A technician is usually with you in 20 to 35 minutes.
No call-out surprises. You get the quote before we move.
