Who we are
We are a mobile battery service that operates under the name Range Rover Velar Battery UAE, on the website rangerovervelarbattery.ae. The work is done by battery technicians who travel to the customer. You do not need to bring the car to us.
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Jaguar Land Rover, and we are not a Land Rover dealer. The Range Rover and Velar names appear on this site only to describe the vehicles we work on.
What we do
Most calls are for a car that will not start. The technician tests the battery first, because a flat battery and a failed battery are two different problems. A flat one gets a jump start. A failed one gets replaced.
Modern Range Rovers with stop/start use AGM batteries, and the Battery Monitoring System (BMS) should be reset after a new battery goes in. We carry the equipment to do that at your location.

Which cars, and where
The Range Rover Velar is the car this site is built around, but we work on every Range Rover and Land Rover model and on every other car make. If it runs on a 12V battery, we can test it and fit the correct replacement.
We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The technician comes to wherever the car is parked. Typical arrival is 20 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic and how far out you are.

How we work
The order of the steps matters more than the speed. A battery that tests healthy is not replaced, and a quote is agreed before anyone gets in the van.
Battery specifications vary by engine and model year, so we do not guess. We confirm the correct battery from the label on the old one or from the VIN before dispatch.

- We confirm the battery specification and give you a quote before dispatch.
- The technician tests the battery and the charging system on arrival.
- If a replacement is needed, it is fitted on the spot and the BMS is reset where the car requires it.
- The old battery is taken away and recycled through licensed channels.
Brands, warranty and payment
We stock batteries from Varta, Bosch, Exide, ACDelco, Amaron, Solite and other brands. Which one suits your car depends on the specification it needs and what you want to spend, and we will tell you the options when you ask for a quote.
New batteries come with a warranty of up to 24 months, depending on the brand and model. The exact term is written on your invoice. There are no prices on this website, so message us for a quote.
