Choosing a battery for the Plymouth Prowler
The Prowler was built from 1997 to 2001, before start-stop was common, so most examples run a conventional maintenance-free battery. Age matters more than mileage on these cars: cables, terminals and the alternator are worth checking at the same visit.

What a Plymouth needs from its battery
Older American models use BCI group sizes such as Group 65 or Group 78. Most newer ones have moved to DIN sizes like H6 and H7, with AGM on anything with stop/start. Cranking power matters more than usual on the V8s.
